KIIT World School welcomed the children with open arms on the first day of session 2022-23. The excitement of being back to school could be seen on the faces of children as they gathered for the welcome assembly presented by the students of VIII A. Continuing with the custom of community engagement, the school invited its alumni Ms. Nishtha Nangia and Mr. Vansh Mangla along with parents. Both the alumni thanked their alma mater and advised the students to make the most of the opportunities provided during their school years. Addressing the audience, Ms. Sanjana Varman, Dean of Academics, blessed everyone with her awe-inspiring words. She mentioned three golden words – Sorry, Please, and Thank You. She urged the students to use them often and make the school environment more congenial. Dr. Sangeeta Bhatia, the Principal shared expectations from students and invited the new class teachers onstage and introduced them. There were cultural performances that kept the energy levels of the audience high throughout.
