| Admission Process
Admissions generally open in November each year for the following academic session. Early registrations are encouraged due to limited seat availability.
You can apply both online and offline:
- Visit www.kiitworld.in/admission-process and fill the Online Admission Form.
- Or collect a form from the school admission office (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm).
As per the school’s admission form, please submit:
- Birth Certificate or School Leaving Certificate (original)
- Previous year’s mark sheet (attested photocopy)
- Proof of residence (especially if residing <5 years at the current address)
- Aadhaar card of student and parents
- Two passport-size photographs of the child and parents
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Medical fitness certificate (if required)
As per CBSE guidelines:
- Pre-Nursery: 2½ years + as on 31 March
- Nursery: 3 years +
- KG: 4 years +
Class I: 5 years +
(Age calculated as on 31 March of the admission year.)
- Pre-Primary (Nursery–KG): Admission is based on an informal interaction with the child and parents.
- Classes I–IX: A written assessment followed by an interaction with the Principal/Headmistress.
- Class XI: Admission is based on Class X board results and an interaction.
The all-inclusive annual fee of ₹ 75k-85k covers:
- Admission charges (one-time)
- Annual charges / Maintenance fee
- Development charges
- Lab charges (science/computer/robotics labs)
- AC charges (if applicable)
- Tuition, co-scholastic and facility usage
That means there are minimal hidden/extra charges beyond what you see.
No significant hidden cost. Apart from the covered list, you may need to budget for things like uniforms, books, optional trips. The core fee covers the major elements of schooling, giving you transparency and predictability.

Fees can be paid via:
- Cheque or online transfer to the school’s authorised account
- Payment at the school fee counter
The school also offers a Parent Portal (KIIT CampusSoft) for digital payments and record access.
Once submitted, the school verifies documents and schedules an interaction or test. Selected students receive an Admission Confirmation Letter along with the fee submission schedule

The average ratio is approximately 1: 22 in the primary section and 1:22 in the senior section, ensuring personalised attention and effective mentoring.

| After Admission
Yes. A Parent Orientation Programme is held before the start of every academic session. It familiarises parents with the school curriculum, teaching methodology, and expectations for the year.
New students are welcomed through a buddy system and a week-long induction programme. Teachers and peer mentors help them settle in, ensuring a smooth and happy transition to school life.
