We are proud to celebrate the Diamond Anniversary of K-IIT World School — 60 remarkable years of excellence in education, and a promise to continue this journey to infinity. Since 1965, K-IIT has been more than just a school; it has been a vision nurtured with dedication, values, and the spirit of nation-building. Founded by Shri Baldev Raj Kamrah and (Late) Shrimati Satya Kamrah, the school began as New State Academy in Punjabi Bagh. With the foundation stone laid by Shri V. K. Krishna Menon, former Defence Minister of India, it moved to Pitampura in 1985 and became K-IIT World School. Today, K-IIT stands tall as a symbol of academic brilliance and holistic growth. As we mark 60 years of shaping young minds, we reaffirm our commitment to inspire, innovate, and lead — now and for generations to come. From 60 to Infinity — the journey continues.

CBSE Regional Level Science Exhibition 2024

KIIT World School, Pitampura, hosted the CBSE Regional Science Exhibition on 2nd–3rd December 2024, themed “Science and Technology for a Sustainable Future.” The event featured 121 schools, including 10 from overseas. Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj, CBSE Controller of Examinations, was the Chief Guest, with eminent judges from institutions like IGNOU and Delhi University. The Valedictory Session was led by CBSE Regional Directors Mr. Vikas Kalia and Ms. Satpal Kaur. The exhibition showcased innovative student projects, celebrating scientific thinking and sustainability.

Creative Canvas 2024

KIIT World School hosted its annual holiday homework exhibition, Creative Canvas, showcasing the creativity and hard work of students from grades 6 to 12. The event featured a vibrant display of projects, models, charts, and files, reflecting both academic and artistic skills. Parents enthusiastically participated, celebrating their children’s efforts. An entertainment corner with fun games like “Tie the Die” and “Emoji Challenge” added excitement, making it a joyful experience for all.

Parent Teacher Interaction (PTI)

The Parent-Teacher Interaction at KIIT World School, Pitampura, held in May 2025, was a collaborative effort to strengthen the home-school partnership. Amrit Udyan

Students of KIIT World School visited the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) to explore advancements in agriculture and sustainable farming. Lohri

Lohri was celebrated at KIIT World School with warmth and festivity. Students and staff gathered around a traditional bonfire, singing folk songs and enjoying the beats of Punjabi music. Dressed in vibrant attire, students performed lively Bhangra and Gidda, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Punjab. Traditional snacks like popcorn and rewri were shared with joy. Krishna Janmashtami

KIIT World School celebrated Krishna Janmashtami with devotion and joy. Students dressed as Lord Krishna and Radha, adding charm to the festivities. KIIT World School celebrated Gurupurab with great devotion and enthusiasm, honoring the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The event began with soulful shabad kirtan performed by students, creating a serene and spiritual atmosphere. Green Diwali

KIIT World School celebrated a vibrant and eco-friendly Green Diwali, promoting the message of sustainability and environmental awareness. CBSE Capacity Building Programme

Mathematics, often referred to as the language of the universe, holds a significant place in our lives. It is the foundation upon which many disciplines and industries thrive, and it plays a crucial role in shaping our understanding of the world. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) / केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड (सी.बी.एस.ई.), Centre of Excellence /उत्कृष्टता केंद्र, Delhi West conducted a Capacity Building Programme on Mathematics Secondary on 23/06/2023(Friday) and 24/06/2023(Saturday).

Workshop on Womens' Hygiene Issues

Speaking at the workshop, which was organized to spread awareness of the importance of personal hygiene amongst the masses especially girls, Dr. Harsh Vardhan advocated for the overall health of women and stressed upon the need for proper nutrition along with regular exercise for women to keep the health-related problems at bay.

International Education Fair

Representatives from various foreign universities visited KIIT World School, Pitampura Delhi to conduct a career counselling workshop and host a career fair for students of classes XI and XII. The event provided an opportunity for students to gain valuable insights into higher education and career options both locally and abroad.

Heritage Quiz

The entire school reverberated with the echoes of our cultural heritage. The rooms, corridors, and hallways resonated with an era gone by. Even the cultural performances depicted five elements of nature infusing classical dance and yoga postures.

A cricket match was organised between KIITwarriors and KIITknightriders to commemorate the 50th birthday of the God of Cricket. The entire ground reverberated with the chants of Sachin!

Baisakhi Celebration

The school celebrated Baisakhi with festive fervour. The programme was graced by Mr Ram Manohar Mishra from Crime Branch, Delhi, Mr. Jai Kishan Goyal, Member of Delhi Pradesh BJP and Chairman of Agrawal Mahasabha, Mr. Ravinder from Aapbeeti News and Mr. Puneet Bari, President, RWA, Kohat Enclave. Mr. Himanshu Ramna, MBBS alumnus was also present on the occasion.

Earth Day

The eco warriors of KIIT World School participated in multifarious activities to conserve the planet. Using posters, face painting and bookmarks, students engaged themselves to drive home the point that our earth needs to be conserved today for the good of future generations.

Orientation Day

KIIT World School, Delhi welcomed the new students and their parents with open arms in a spectacular ceremony held on March 25, 2023. Dr. Sangeeta Bhatia, Principal, KIIT World School and Mentor, Happy Hours School apprised the parents about the vision, values and work ethics of the school. Dr. Bhatia highlighted the accomplishments of students in academics and co-scholastic domains. The event was graced by Ms. Simran Nagpal, a well-established alumnus.

Investiture Ceremony

KIIT World School organised Investiture Ceremony to honour the student parliamentarians. The event was graced by two illustrious alumni, Dr. Ompal Shokeen, Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi Court and Dr. Deeksha Mehta. The chief guests presented the student leaders with their badges, which are a symbol of recognition of their hard work and dedication. The student leaders then took an oath to uphold and follow all the principles and ethos of the school.
